氟苯尼考是甲砜霉素的单氟衍生物，属新型动物专用广谱抗生素，具有抗茵活性高、无潜在致再生障碍性贫血等优点，已成为氯霉素禁用后的主要替代药物，在兽医临床上发挥着重要的作用。本文就其时畜禽、水产动物的免疫毒性进行综述，并指出在，临床应用过程中需要注意的事项，以期为临床合理应用本品提供参考。

Florfenicol is monofluoric derivant of Thiamphenicol, which belongs to new special broad-spectrum antibiotic of animals. It is the main substitute for the banned Chloramphenicol, and plays an important role in clinic due to its high antibacterial activity and no potential pathogenicity for Aplastie Anemia. In order to provide references for rationally using this product in clinic, this paper summarized the immuno-toxicity of Florfenicol on livestock and aquatic animals, and pointed out the precautions in clinical use.
