本试验提取32味中草药水煎液,采用微量肉汤稀释法测定对标准大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌活性.筛选出对金黄色葡萄球菌具有较好体外抑菌活性的中草药11味,并对3株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)进行了最低抑菌浓度(MIC)的测定。结果显示:有24味中草药水煎液具有体外抑菌活性.且对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效力大于大肠杆菌.以黄连和黄柏对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果最好:3株MRSA对筛选的11味中草药中的10味均产生了不同程度的耐药,MIC增加2—4倍,仅香薷对MRSA的MIC减少2—4倍。

본시험제취32미중초약수전액,채용미량육탕희석법측정대표준대장간균화금황색포도구균적체외억균활성.사선출대금황색포도구균구유교호체외억균활성적중초약11미,병대3주내갑양서림금황색포도구균(MRSA)진행료최저억균농도(MIC)적측정。결과현시:유24미중초약수전액구유체외억균활성.차대금황색포도구균적억균효력대우대장간균.이황련화황백대금황색포도구균적억균효과최호:3주MRSA대사선적11미중초약중적10미균산생료불동정도적내약,MIC증가2—4배,부향유대MRSA적MIC감소2—4배。
The antibacterial activities to E.coli ( CVCC2801 ) and Staphlococcus aureus (CVCC1882) for the water extracts from 32 Chinese herbs were detected by using micro-broth dilution method.ll of 32 extracts were showed to have good antibacterial activities for Staphlococcus aureus, and the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) for 3 strains of MRSA was detected. The result showed that 24 of 32 extracts had antibacterial activities, and it better for Staphlococcus aureus than that of E.coli, extracts from Coptis chinensis Franch and Phellodendron amurense Rupr had the best antibacterial activities in 24 extracts. 3 strains of MRSA were showed to have different level of resistance for the 10 extracts, except Mosla chinensis Maxim. The MIC of the 10 extracts for MRSA increased 2-4 times compare to Staphlococcus aureus (CVCC1882), and the MIC of Elshohzia for MRSA reduced 2-4 times.
