对深色涤棉筒子染色的传统工艺进行了改进,原纱省去前处理,采用直接染涤一染棉一后处理的工艺进行染色,染色后纱线的毛效、内外层色差、牢度性能均达到要求,同时对该工艺的经济效益进行了分析,可省时,节约助剂、水、电、蒸汽的消耗,降低生产成本。该工艺适宜于染料用量在3%(omf)以上的部分较暗的品种。

Traditional dyeing method was improved by omitting pretreatment for dark polyester package dyeing. Pristine yarn was directly dyed by the process of dyeing polyester, then topping cotton followed by post processing. The capillary effect, the color difference between inner and outer layers and color fastness of dyed package yarn can meet the requirements. And at the same time, the new dyeing process can save time, water, electricity, steam, auxiliaries so that can reduce production cost. The new process is especially suit for dyeing dark shade with dyes add on of 3%(omf).
