复杂环境背景下，运动目标的电磁散射特性计算是一个困难却具有实际价值的研究课题，且研究较少。现有算法存在处理繁琐、计算量大的问题。文章基于时域有限差分方法，通过引入谱方法和运动相对边界条件，经过少量计算便可获得波源在多个角度入射下，处于复杂粗糙面环境中的运动目标宽带电磁散射特性。数值计算结果证明了该方法的有效性和高效性。

The calculation of electromagnetic scattering from moving target in complex environment is a difficult research topic with the actual value .The relevant research on it is less at present ,and the existing algorithms have the problems such as cumbersome operating and heavy computation .In this paper ,based on the finite difference time domain method ,the wideband electromagnetic scattering characteristics from moving target in complex rough environment under the multi-angle incidence of the wave source are obtained after few calcula-tions by introducing spectral method and the movement relative boundary condition .The results of numerical calculation prove that the algorithm is effective and efficient .
