以2年生胶东卫矛为试验材料,清水为对照,研究了在低温胁迫下,不同浓度水杨酸处理胶东卫矛叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)及丙二醛(MDA)的含量和细胞膜透性的变化对抗寒性的影响,结果认为200 mg/L浓度的水杨酸处理的胶东卫矛叶片中POD的含量最高,MDA积累量最少,胶东卫矛的抗寒性最强。
以2年生膠東衛矛為試驗材料,清水為對照,研究瞭在低溫脅迫下,不同濃度水楊痠處理膠東衛矛葉片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、過氧化物酶(POD)及丙二醛(MDA)的含量和細胞膜透性的變化對抗寒性的影響,結果認為200 mg/L濃度的水楊痠處理的膠東衛矛葉片中POD的含量最高,MDA積纍量最少,膠東衛矛的抗寒性最彊。

Concentrations of SOD, POD and MDA in leaves and cell membrane permeability were studied with Euonymus di- autschovicus which could grow in low temperature as material in order to find the range of salicylic acid concentration on cold resistance of Euonymus diautschovicus and provided some theory basis for enhancing cold resistance of Euonyrnus diautschovicu. The results showed that cold resistance of Euonymu~ diautschovicus was the best under 200 mg/L salicylic acid condition.
