为深入了解宁夏的农业科技进步贡献率,运用增长速度方程法建立农业科技进步贡献率测算模型,对宁夏2000-2011年的农业科技进步贡献率进行测算。结果表明:2000年底宁夏农业科技进步贡献率仅为32.88%;“十五”期间,宁夏农业科技进步贡献率平均为38.32%;“十一五”期间,宁夏农业科技进步贡献率平均为47.05%,2011年达51.17%。多渠道筹措农业发展资金对于宁夏农业科技进步贡献率的不断上升起到了积极作用,但是劳动力素质、农业机械化程度、耕地面积对其提高产生了一定的负面影响。同时针对影响宁夏农业科技进步贡献率的各投入要素状况,提出了加快科技支撑促进宁夏农业发展的对策。

To know the contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress in further,a mathematic model of the agricultural science and technique progress contribution rate in Ningxia from 2000 to 2011 was established by means of growth rate equation.The results showed that the contribution rate was merely 32.88% in the end of 2000;and rose from 38.32% in the tenth five-year period to 47.6% in the eleventh five-year period,and in 2011,the contribution rate reached 51.17%. Multiple channels to raise funds for agricultural development of Ningxia agricultural economic growth ros to the positive role,but the quality of labor force,the degree of agricultural mechanization,cultivated land area had some negative effects on Ningxia agricultural science and technology progress contribution rate. Last,the concrete suggestions on relying upon science and Technology were proposed to promote agricultural development of Ningxia.
