目的探讨应用吻合器在混合痔治疗中的临床效果。方法分析185例混合痔行PPH手术的诊治资料。结果术中吻合均一次成功，平均手术时间25 min，平均住院4 d，无严重并发症，手术过程顺利，无术中大出血等手术意外情况。结论 PPH治疗混合痔具有疗效显著、手术简单、术后痛苦少、术后并发症少、恢复正常生活早、住院时间短等特点，是治疗混合痔的理想方法。

목적탐토응용문합기재혼합치치료중적림상효과。방법분석185례혼합치행PPH수술적진치자료。결과술중문합균일차성공，평균수술시간25 min，평균주원4 d，무엄중병발증，수술과정순리，무술중대출혈등수술의외정황。결론 PPH치료혼합치구유료효현저、수술간단、술후통고소、술후병발증소、회복정상생활조、주원시간단등특점，시치료혼합치적이상방법。
Objective To explore the clinical ef ect of application of stapler in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids in the treatment of. Methods For analysis of diagnosis and treatment data of 185 patients with mixed hemorrhoids underwent PPH operation. Results Were successful anastomosis operation, average operation time 25min, average length of stay of 4 days, no serious complications, the operation went smoothly, no intraoperative bleeding and other operation accidents. Conclusion PPH in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids has obvious curative ef ect, simple operation, less postoperative pain, fewer complications, early recovery, shorter hospitalization time etc, is an ideal method in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.
