板料冲压成形是汽车制造的关键技术,以汽车消音器进口法兰零件为例,分析零件成形工艺,利用CAE软件采用单工位多工序有限元建模及模拟方法,对其各工位的成形情况进行模拟研究,优化成形工艺参数,确定合理的成形方案,对实际生产起到积极的指导作用。

Sheet metal stamping is the key technology in automobile manufacturing. Taking imported flange parts in a car muffler for example, the paper made an analysis of the stamping process and a simulation study of the forming progress of different positions by using the finite element modeling and the simulation method with the help CAE software in order to optimize the forming parameters, determine reasonable solutions and play an active role in guiding the actual production.
