为了解GA处理对套袋黄冠梨果实表面花斑病发生以及果皮钙含量的影响,在梨果套袋前用GA3和GA4+7进行喷施,统计果实花斑病的发生率并分析果实发育过程中果皮总钙及不同形态钙含量的变化。结果表明:果实成熟期,GA4+7,处理的果实花斑病发病率为14.5%,显著低于套3层袋处理(22.5%);GA3和GA4+7处理的果皮总钙及不同形态钙含量的变化趋势与套3层袋处理基本一致。在花后90d,GA处理的果皮总钙、水溶性钙和醋酸溶性钙含量显著高于套3层袋处理,而低于裸果;NaCl溶性钙含量与套3层袋处理无显著差异,而显著低于裸果。GA处理的果皮盐酸溶性钙含量在花后100~110d显著低于套3层袋处理,而与裸果间无显著性差异。花后80d以后,GA处理的水溶性钙相对含量与裸果无显著差异,而显著高于套3层袋处理;NaCl溶性钙相对含量显著低于套3层袋处理和裸果;醋酸溶性钙相对含量显著高于套3层袋处理,而盐酸溶性钙相对含量低于套3层袋处理而高于裸果;残余钙相对含量少。GA4+7,处理可减少套袋黄冠梨花斑病的发生;GA3和GA4+7,处理促进了果皮总钙、水溶性钙和醋酸溶性钙含量的增加,降低了盐酸溶性钙及其相对含量,对NaCl溶性钙含量无显著影响。

In order to understand the effects of GA treatment on the browning spot incident and the calcium content in peel of bagged fruits of Huangguan pear, spraying GAz and GA4 +7 before bagging, the incidence of browning spot and the content changes of total calcium and different forms of calcium in peel were analyzed. The results indicated that the incidence of browning spot was 14. 5% with GA4+7 treatment during fruit maturation period, which was significantly lower than that with three layers bagging treatment (22. 5% ) . The content changes of total calcium and different forms of calcium in peel with GA3 and GA4 +7 treatments were consistent with those with three layers bagging treatment. 90 days after flowering, with water-soluble calcium and acetate acid-soluble calcium GA3 and GA4+7 treatments, the contents of total calcium, were sisnifioandy higher than those with three layers bagging treatment, while were lower than those without bagging treatment. The content of NaCl-soluble calcium had not significantly difference compared with that with three layers bagging greatment, but significantly lower without bagging treatment . 100- 110 days after flowering , wigh GA3 and GA4+7 treatments , the than that content of hyd,roahlorie aeid-soluble lower than that with three calcium was significantly layers bagging treatment, while it had no significant difference with that without bagging treatment. 80 days after flowering, with GA3 and GA4+7 treatments, the relative content of watersoluble calcium had no significantly difference with that without bagging treatment, but was significantly higher than that with three layers bagging treatment. The relative content of NaCl-soluble calcium was significantly lower than that with three layers bagging treatment. The relative content of acetic-soluble calcium was significantly higher than that with three layers bagging treatment. The relative content of hydrochloric acid-soluble calcium was lower than that with three layers bagging treatment, but was higher than that without bagging treatment, and the residual calcium took of small proportion. The data suggested that GA4+7 could reduce the incidence of browning spot in Huangguan pear. GA3 and GA4+7 could increase the contents of total calcium, water-soluble calcium and acetate acid-soluble calcium in peel, while decrease the content of hydrochloric acid-soluble calcium, and had little influence on the content of NaCl-soluble calcium.
