针对高职院校专任教师在学风建设中存在的问题,认为专任教师是高职学风建设的引领者、组织者,构建者、示范者,监督者、纠正者,总结者、传递者,提出从明确责任、言传身教,严谨治学,整体谋划、细节把握,＂管＂、＂导＂统一、持之以恒等方面不断丰富其实现的途径。
침대고직원교전임교사재학풍건설중존재적문제,인위전임교사시고직학풍건설적인령자、조직자,구건자、시범자,감독자、규정자,총결자、전체자,제출종명학책임、언전신교,엄근치학,정체모화、세절파악,＂관＂、＂도＂통일、지지이항등방면불단봉부기실현적도경。
Based on the existing problems of full-time teachers in shaping the learning atmosphere of higher vocational school,the thesis holds that the full-time teachers are the leaders,the organizers,the constructors,fuglemen,supervisors,correctors,summarizers,and mediators.Then,the thesis proposes the following approaches： defining responsibilities,teaching by personal example as well as verbal instruction,being meticulous with knowledge,planning integrally,paying attention to details,integrating management with guidance,and so on.
