台湾和大陆有着相同的文化渊源，教育传统一脉相承，但由于历史和现实原因，两岸在学生职业素养培养方面却存在诸多差异。为了解台湾高校在提升学生职业素养方面的经验和做法，通过实证调查研究，分析赴台交流学习学生赴台前后职业素养变化，以学生主体角度评鉴台湾高校学生职业素养提升方法，比照两岸职业素养做法和成效的差异，为大陆高职院校学生职业素养培养提供新的思路和方向。

Taiwan and the mainland have the same culture and share the same traditional education. However, as the historical and realistic reason, there are many differences in students＇education about occupation accomplishment. In or- der to know how the Taiwan universities enhance the students＇occupation accomplishment, the paper makes an empirical research, analyze the occupation accomplishment changes of students who went to Taiwan and learnt, makes evaluation and comparison and finally provides some suggestions
