In the mathematical modeling contest, discrete subjects account for a big proportion of the topics. In the mathematical modeling competition, discrete subjects can train students＂ consciousness of the model and model- ing ability, cultivate the students＂ divergent thinking and innovative spirit, and cultivate their ability to learn new knowledge and to use the computer.
