以几种常见的农业废弃物作为培养原料,对袋料栽培单片黑木耳的最优培养基配方及其培养技术进行了研究。结果表明:在设计的7个试验培养基配方中,以配方7为最佳,即玉米芯40%,稻草15%,棉杆30%,豆秸14%,石灰1%。在初期培养温度25℃,湿度60%,黑暗或弱光;中期培养温度20℃,湿度80%,光照30%-60%;后期培养温度25℃及20℃各12h,其湿度分别对应90%及95%,光照60%和100%,且加强氧气供给,早晚各通风换气30min的培养条件下,菌丝体30d满袋,10d出耳,且木耳量多、色深,一茬产量可达37.18g(干重),产出比(木耳干重除以栽培料干重)可达18.59%。

Based on the several common agricultural wastes as cultivating raw material, the optimal medium and cultivation techniques of the singleAuricularia auricula were studied in this paper. The re sults showed that the optimal medium was 40% corncob, 15%straw, 30% cotton stalk, 14% bean- stalk and 1 % lime. In the early culture temperature 25~C, humidity 60%, dark or weak light; in middle period 20℃ culture temperature, humidity 80%, light 30%--60%; the late temperature 25℃ and culti- vating 20℃ the 12 h, respectively, the humidity corresponding to 100% and 90%, 60% and 100% light, and strengthen the oxygen supply, ventilating 30min in the morning and at nightfall, under the conditions 30d the mycelia bag full, 10d the ears appeared, the yield could reached 37. 18 g (dry weight), the ratio of output (singleauricularia auricula dry weight divided by dry weight of cultiva- tion materials) can be amounted to 18. 59%.
