大学精神是大学的灵魂。在高等教育大众化的背景下,新建本科院校作为高等教育体系中的新生力量,面临新的机遇与挑战。为了增强竞争力和促进新建本科院校跨越式发展,培育大学精神成为当务之急。重视人才培养,引进卓越人才,建设校园文化,继承传统文化等,这是培育大学精神的有效路径。
大學精神是大學的靈魂。在高等教育大衆化的揹景下,新建本科院校作為高等教育體繫中的新生力量,麵臨新的機遇與挑戰。為瞭增彊競爭力和促進新建本科院校跨越式髮展,培育大學精神成為噹務之急。重視人纔培養,引進卓越人纔,建設校園文化,繼承傳統文化等,這是培育大學精神的有效路徑。

University spirit is the soul of a university.In the background of the popularization of higher education,newly-built undergraduate universities and colleges are meeting with new opportunities and challenges.Cultivating university spirit has become a top priority so as to enhance competitiveness and promote the great-leap-forward development of newly-built universities and colleges.Paying great attention to the talents cultivation,introducing outstanding talents,constructing campus culture,and inheriting the traditional culture are the effective ways of cultivating university spirit.
