在激光干涉仪相位载波(PGC)实时检测系统中,保证系统的实时性是一个非常重要的环节。在VC++6.0开发平台下,以C语言作为载体,分析了PGC解调算法的原理,充分利用了VC++多线程技术,将信号采集与处理分开,提高了中央处理器(CPU)的利用率。同时对PGC关键算法尤其是有限冲击响应(FIR)滤波、数值积分以及降采样技术等进行了详细地介绍。经算法优化之后,大大减少了运算数据量,增加了系统的实时性。

In phase generated carrier (PGC) real-time detection system of laser interferometer,it is a very important tache to ensure the real-time performance of the system. Under VC+ +6.0 development platform,taking the C language as the carrier, this paper analyzes the theory of PGC de- modulation algorithm, adequately uses the VC+ + multi-thread technology, seperates the signal acquisition and processing,which improves the usage rate of central processing unit (CPU), at the same time introduces the key algorithms of PGC,especially finite impulse response (FIR) filtering, numerical integraion and downsampling technique, etc. in detail. After algorithm optimization, the calculation data are reduced greatly and the real-time performance of system rises.
