This paper introduces the methods of using the expert system to recognize radar emitters, eentres on expatiating the control strategy and reasoning mechanism of knowledge reasoning library of expert system, analyzes three data fusion methods in detail: certainty theory method, subjective Bayes theory method and D- S evidence theory method, and uses an example to analyze the accura- cy of three methods, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of three methods, which has reference meaning for the further research.
