通过调查辽宁省优秀运动员的学历、学习态度、学习时间安排、课程设置等现状,从宏观的体制因素、中观的环境因素和微观的个体因素三个层次分析影响优秀运动员文化教育的因素,有针对性地提出相应的对策,旨在为完善优秀运动员的文化教育提供参考。
通過調查遼寧省優秀運動員的學歷、學習態度、學習時間安排、課程設置等現狀,從宏觀的體製因素、中觀的環境因素和微觀的箇體因素三箇層次分析影響優秀運動員文化教育的因素,有針對性地提齣相應的對策,旨在為完善優秀運動員的文化教育提供參攷。

By teasing the current situation of sports elites＇ educational backgrounds, study attitudes, arrangements of their learning time and curriculum design, the thesis mainly discussed the cultural education＇ for sports elites. The factors affecting their cultural education were analyzed in the thesis from three levels, which were macroscopic system factor, moderate environmental factor and microcosmic individual factor. The thesis provided some countermeasures to Deflect the cultural education for snorts elites.
