检察机关发现、审查、排除非法证据是从程序上保证案件质量的重要措施之一。为此，作者将结合实践从三个方面与读者进行探讨：检察机关在侦查、审查批捕和审查起诉中，通过多种途径发现侦查机关在讯问犯罪嫌疑人、询问证人、被害人及搜集物证、书证过程中的非法证据；在审查、判断和运用证据中依法通过多种方式调查、复核、质证、辩论排除非法证据；在开庭审理前或者庭审中通过程序启动、法庭调查、讯（询）问、质证、辩论排除非法证据。
