测试和分析了芳纶、连续玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维分别在65、80和95℃下浓度为2 mol/L的盐酸溶液中经不同时间的腐蚀后其力学性能以及质量的变化情况。结果表明,芳纶(芳酰胺纤维)的耐酸性能最优,其断裂强力和断裂伸长率的保持率最大;连续玄武岩纤维其次,玻璃纤维最差。因此芳纶比连续玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维更适合用于酸性环境中,连续玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维应尽量避免酸液对其的作用。
測試和分析瞭芳綸、連續玄武巖纖維和玻璃纖維分彆在65、80和95℃下濃度為2 mol/L的鹽痠溶液中經不同時間的腐蝕後其力學性能以及質量的變化情況。結果錶明,芳綸(芳酰胺纖維)的耐痠性能最優,其斷裂彊力和斷裂伸長率的保持率最大;連續玄武巖纖維其次,玻璃纖維最差。因此芳綸比連續玄武巖纖維和玻璃纖維更適閤用于痠性環境中,連續玄武巖纖維和玻璃纖維應儘量避免痠液對其的作用。
측시화분석료방륜、련속현무암섬유화파리섬유분별재65、80화95℃하농도위2 mol/L적염산용액중경불동시간적부식후기역학성능이급질량적변화정황。결과표명,방륜(방선알섬유)적내산성능최우,기단렬강력화단렬신장솔적보지솔최대;련속현무암섬유기차,파리섬유최차。인차방륜비련속현무암섬유화파리섬유경괄합용우산성배경중,련속현무암섬유화파리섬유응진량피면산액대기적작용。
In this paper,we studied on the properties of resistance to acid of aramid,continuous basalt and glass fibers.The mechanical properties and loss rate of mass of three fibers were discussed after different times treatment at 65 ℃,80 ℃ and 95 ℃ temperatures and 2 mol/L hydrochloric acid.The results show that the properties resistance in acid of aramid fiber is the best among three fibers.The maintenance rate of breaking strength and elongation of aramid fiber is the best,the continuous basalt fibers is the second and the glass fiber is the worst.So,the aramid fiber is more suitable to use in the acid environment and the continuous basalt and glass fibers should be avoided for use in acid environment.
