本文综述了深海海洋平台的发展历程及现状,深海海平台包括半潜式平台、TLP平台以及Spar平台,半潜式平台只能使用湿井口,多为钻井平台。TLP平台和Spar平台都适合用作深海采油平台,通过对比,认为TLP平台更为适合中国南海海域的油气开发。最后对深海平台未来的发展进行了展望。

This paper reviews the development and current conditions of deep water offshore platform,including semi-submersible platform,TLP and Spar platform.Semi-submersible platform can only use wet wells,mostly for drilling platforms.TLP and Spar platforms are suitable for exploitation of oil in deep water.By contrast,the TLP is more suitable for the South China Sea oil and gas development.Finally,this paper examines the prospect future development of deep water offshore platform.
