本文在分析国内外创新型人才培养现状的基础上,提出了IT创新人才的培养应从基础、专业和创新三个层次着手,并通过相应的课程体系和明确的培养目标分阶段地培养,即通过通识培养阶段、专业培养阶段和综合提高阶段三个阶段来全面提高学生的创新素质与创新能力,校企联合办学是提高学生实践与创新能力的重要教学手段,基础培养层次是创新型人才培养的关键。

The Three ＆ Three cultivating model and the evaluating indices of creative diathesis are proposed based on analyzing the domestic and international cultivating current situation of creative talents . In that, the creative tal- ents cultivation should be processed with basic education layer, specialty education layer and creative education layer, and with corresponding course system and clear cultivation goal by stages to culture, to completely advance students＇ creative diathesis and ability by general cultivation stage, specialty cultivation stage and synthesis and improving cultivation stage these three stages. University associating with enterprise cultivating is a very important means to enhance students~ practice and creation ability, basic cultivation layer is key of culturing creative talents.
