为了探讨汉、藏初中生应对风格和学习适应性的关系及其文化差异,本研究对南昌地区的初中生进行调查,采用多元方差分析、相关分析及基于结构方程的路径分析进行数据处理。结果表明,初中生应对风格、学习适应性的民族差异显著,藏族高于汉族;应对风格与学习适应性显著正相关,并对学习适应性有显著的正向预测作用;进一步多组比较表明,应对风格对藏族学生学习适应性影响显著,而对汉族学生影响不显著。说明汉、藏学生应对风格、学习适应性及其关系具有不同的特点,灵活的应对风格有助于初中生的学习适应。

To explore the relationship between coping style and school adaptability of middle school students in Han and Zang nationalities, students from Nanchang city were surveyed with two scales. Based on Structural Equa- tion Model (SEM) and multiple variance analysis, the results showed that the students of Zang nationality reported higher scores than the students of Han. Correlation analysis indicated significant positive correlation between coping style and school adaptability. Path analysis supported coping style had a positive effect on school adaptability, fur- thermore, the outcome of multiple-group analysis showed that the predictive effect was only significant on school adaptability of Zang. Coping style and school adaptability, as well as the relationship between them vary with nation- alities. Flexible coping style could improve middle school students" school adaptability.
