Based on the student＇s personal traits and the demand of the employment market, this paper divides the undergraduates＂ career planning into several layers from the perspective of goal education and puts forward the approach of ＂Goal-setting and designing the undergraduates＂ career planning in layers＂ so as to match the different career planning with different jobs. It is of significance to promote the employment of undergraduates and enhance the effectiveness of employment.
