Based on the result analysis of the survey on undergraduates＇ doing part-time jobs, this essay gives relevant suggestions on perfecting the part-time job environment for them from the perspectives of both undergraduates them- selves and colleges and universities in the aspects of coordinating part-time jobs with learning, strengthening the ed- ucation and management, bringing the functions of relevant departments into play and cultivating undergraduates＇ legal consciousness and self-protection awareness.
