采用将竹材径向剖削为径向竹篾之后加工制造径向竹丝,再织成径向竹丝帘等方法,研制了径向竹丝帘复合胶合板。结果表明:径向竹丝帘复合胶合板的厚度偏差小,竹材利用率高;板材的较佳热压工艺参数为:热压温度140℃,热压压力3.5~4.0MPa,热压时间80-100s/mm.
採用將竹材徑嚮剖削為徑嚮竹篾之後加工製造徑嚮竹絲,再織成徑嚮竹絲簾等方法,研製瞭徑嚮竹絲簾複閤膠閤闆。結果錶明:徑嚮竹絲簾複閤膠閤闆的厚度偏差小,竹材利用率高;闆材的較佳熱壓工藝參數為:熱壓溫度140℃,熱壓壓力3.5~4.0MPa,熱壓時間80-100s/mm.
채용장죽재경향부삭위경향죽멸지후가공제조경향죽사,재직성경향죽사렴등방법,연제료경향죽사렴복합효합판。결과표명:경향죽사렴복합효합판적후도편차소,죽재이용솔고;판재적교가열압공예삼수위:열압온도140℃,열압압력3.5~4.0MPa,열압시간80-100s/mm.
The radial bamboo filament curtain composite plywood was researched and manufactured by they were cut into radial bamboo filaments after the bamboo was cut into radial bamboo strips, and the radial bamboo filaments were woven radial bamboo curtains, and so on mothods. The results showed that the thickness deviation of radial bamboo filament curtain composite plywood is small, and its bamboo utilization is high, and its optimal hot pressing technological parameters are: hot pressing temperature: 140℃ ; hot-press pressure: 3.5 -4.0MPa; hot pressing time: 80 - 100s/mm.
