以污染的木耳三级栽培种“荤油”层为材料,采用多种分离纯化方法、16SrDNA分子鉴定法以及回接试验,分离并鉴定出引起食用菌栽培种污染的细菌3株,其分属于Paenibacillus、Bacillus和Lysinibaeillua属,分别命名为YC3、YC8、YCl2。
以汙染的木耳三級栽培種“葷油”層為材料,採用多種分離純化方法、16SrDNA分子鑒定法以及迴接試驗,分離併鑒定齣引起食用菌栽培種汙染的細菌3株,其分屬于Paenibacillus、Bacillus和Lysinibaeillua屬,分彆命名為YC3、YC8、YCl2。
이오염적목이삼급재배충“훈유”층위재료,채용다충분리순화방법、16SrDNA분자감정법이급회접시험,분리병감정출인기식용균재배충오염적세균3주,기분속우Paenibacillus、Bacillus화Lysinibaeillua속,분별명명위YC3、YC8、YCl2。
In order to effectively control the bacterial contamination of edible cultivars production, we used the contaminated third Black fungus cuhivars as material in this experiment, which called "Hunyou" layer, using a variety of purification methods, 16SrDNA molecular identification method, and tieback test to isolated and identified of 3 strains bacteria causing edible cuhivars pollution. The results showed that the three strains bacteria belong to Paenibacillus, Bacillus, and Lysinibacillus genus, named YC3, YC8, YC12. respectively.
