With the continuous development of the Sany group, the production of the division has increased and manufactures pressure increasing. In order to meet the requirement of 280 bundle/d production, coating process institute start from saturation of equipment and technology rationality, the existing labor production efficiency was improved by the application of new materials, process adjustment, capability promotion of personnel and equipment reformation in 4 aspects. This paper focused research on the technology of electrophoresis beat upgrade.
