以俄罗斯耐寒蓝靛果忍冬的腋芽为外植体,诱导腋芽分化及增殖的最佳培养基是1/2MS+NA.A0.1mg/L+6-BA1.0mg/L,增殖系数可达7.4;最佳生根培养基为WPM+NAA0.5mg/L,生根率能够达到100%。
以俄囉斯耐寒藍靛果忍鼕的腋芽為外植體,誘導腋芽分化及增殖的最佳培養基是1/2MS+NA.A0.1mg/L+6-BA1.0mg/L,增殖繫數可達7.4;最佳生根培養基為WPM+NAA0.5mg/L,生根率能夠達到100%。

This research took the axillary buds of the Russian Lonicera caerulea as the explant and it showed that the best medium for the induction of axillary bud differentiation and proliferation was 1/2MS + NAA 0. lmg/L + 6 - BA 1. 0 mg/L while the proliferation coefficient can reaches 7.4 times. The study also proved that the best rooting medium is WPM + NAA 0. 5mg/L and the rooting rate can reached 100%.
