采用AVL BOOST软件对活塞的工作过程进行计算,得到了活塞的换热边界条件和最高燃烧压力;在此基础上,采用ANSYS有限元软件对组合式活塞有无冷却时的温度场和耦合应力及变形进行了分析计算;另外对活塞的连接螺栓进行了应力强度考核。

The AVL BOOST software was adopted to calculate the working process of piston, and its heat exchange boundary condition and its highest combustion pressure were obtained. Based on the results, the temperature field of piston with or without cooling and its coupling stress and deformation were analyzed using FEM software ANSYS. Moreover, the connecting bolts of piston were examined for its stress intensity.
