利用抗电网浪涌电路、慢启动慢关闭电路和电流负反馈电路设计了一款应用于半导体激光器的新型工作电源。测试结果证明该电路能够对浪涌起到良好的防范作用,实现了对半导体激光器的防浪涌保护,改进了半导体激光器电源的可靠性,提高了半导体激光器的输出稳定性,延长了激光器的使用寿命。
利用抗電網浪湧電路、慢啟動慢關閉電路和電流負反饋電路設計瞭一款應用于半導體激光器的新型工作電源。測試結果證明該電路能夠對浪湧起到良好的防範作用,實現瞭對半導體激光器的防浪湧保護,改進瞭半導體激光器電源的可靠性,提高瞭半導體激光器的輸齣穩定性,延長瞭激光器的使用壽命。

A new type of power supply for the laser diode was designed by the resistance to power surge circuit, slow start slow closed circuit and current negative feedback circuit. The test results show that such circuit could eliminate the surge of the laser diode power and protect the laser diode, which could improve the reliability of semiconductor laser power supply, the semiconductor laser output stability and prolong the lifetime of lasers.
