采用数字控制是未来电源的发展趋势。利用TI公司数字电源控制芯片TMS320F28027,设计了采用峰值电流控制的移相全桥零电压DC/DC变换器。采用原边加入钳位二极管和谐振电感的移相全桥主电路,简述了其抑制输出整流管电压尖峰的工作原理。在Matlab/Simulink环境下对建立的峰值电流模式控制系统模型进行了仿真,并设计了一台1.2kW的样机。仿真和实验结果表明,电源设计方案可行。

The digital control is the development trend of future power supply. A ZVS phase-shifted full-bridge PWM controlled DC/DC converter in peak current control mode was designed using TI's digital power control chip TMS320F28027. The main circuit of phase-shifted full-bridge converter was designed adding the clamping diode and resonant inductance in primary side, the working principle of inhibiting voltage spikes of the output rectifier was described. The model of the control system in peak current mode was built and the simulation in Matlab / Simulink environment was achieved. A 1.2kW prototype was presented. Simulation and experimental results show that the design of the power supply is feasible.
