本研究基于我省现行人事制度与各类卫生人才特点和群体差异,运用文献分析法、德尔菲法和层次分析法建立起一套完善的医师评价管理系统,以提高医师的工作积极性、主动性和创造性,提升医院核心竞争力。同时可促进医院之间科研信息交流,提高医院办公自动化、信息化程度。

This study is based on the existing personnel system of Jiangxi province and the charactensncs ot various types of health personnel and the population difference. The physician's performance evaluation system was initially screened and determined by using literature analysis, Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish a comprehensive performance management system for physicians to improve the enthusiasm, initiation and creativity, so as to, enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital. At the same time, to promote research and exchange of information between hospitals, to improve hospital office automation, and the degree of information technology.
