企业的特性和经营方向是由企业价值观决定的。企业价值观的形成需要一定的条件,这些条件包括内在条件和外在条件。需要是企业构建价值观的基本前提和出发点,是企业价值观形成的内在客观条件。企业文化主体（企业全体成员）的自我意识在企业价值观形成的主观条件中起重要作用,其中企业领导者的自我意识有时起到关键性作用。健全的法治基础和消费者主体意识的觉醒是企业价值观形成的外在条件。消费者对产品消费的自主性、选择性和维权意识的增强,对企业形成正确价值观起到推动作用。
