选举作为重要的政治现象,在几千年的人类政治文明史中发挥着举足轻重的作用。中国共产党是较早践行真正民主选举的政治力量之一,其历史可追溯到中华苏维埃共和国时期局部执政的选举实践。当前学界对苏维埃政权时期选举实践和选举运动的研究已取得些许成果,然而,研究中存在的问题及忽略的视角却有很多。研读此时期的相关历史文献,对苏维埃政权时期的选举运动进行深入探究,可以帮助我们更好地把握我国选举制度的源泉与建构路径。

As an important political phenomenon, election plays a pivotal role in the history of human political civilization for thousands of years. As one of the political forces that practised the true democratic election earlier, the history of the Communist Party of China can be traced back to the local ruling electoral practices in the period of the Chinese Soviet Republic. Currently, scholars have made some progress in the study of the electoral practice and the election campaign of this period, but there are still many existing problems and ignored angels in their studies. Thus, through reading the related historical documents of this period, of the Soviet regime period can help us to have a better mastery of the ral system much better. the profound inquiry of the election campaign source and the construction way of our electoral system much better.
