随着高职教育体制改革的不断深入,建立系统化、科学化、规范化的教师职后培训体系已成为高等职业院校师资队伍建设和管理工作的重点。教师职后培训体系的建立,应针对高职院校教师培训中存在的主要问题,建立和完善职后培训组织管理机制;制定职后培训交流机制;制定培训激励保障机制。只有这样才能最大限度地发挥教师培训的作用,提高教师培训的效益。
隨著高職教育體製改革的不斷深入,建立繫統化、科學化、規範化的教師職後培訓體繫已成為高等職業院校師資隊伍建設和管理工作的重點。教師職後培訓體繫的建立,應針對高職院校教師培訓中存在的主要問題,建立和完善職後培訓組織管理機製;製定職後培訓交流機製;製定培訓激勵保障機製。隻有這樣纔能最大限度地髮揮教師培訓的作用,提高教師培訓的效益。

As the continual depth of higher vocational educational system reform, it becomes the emphasis to establish systematic, scientific and regulated teachers' in-service training system tbr the construction and management of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. According to the existing main problem in teachers' training, the establishment of teachers' in-service training system should construct and perfect organizing and managing mechanism of in-service training. It should make in-service training communicating mechanism and training stimulating guarantee mechanism. Only by doing this can play teachers' training role further and improve teachers' training benefits.
