利用红外光谱、气相色谱/质谱联用、液相色谱/质谱联用、核磁共振波谱、原子发射光谱、凝胶渗透色谱、X-射线荧光光谱等多种分析方法,剖析了申报进口的一个未知有机物品的组分、含量和理化指标;阐述了进口物品的产生来源,探讨了其固体废物属性。结果表明,样品不属于固体废物。呈现了一个以回收物料为原料加工的未知有机初级产物固体废物属性鉴别的全过程,为从事进口固体废物相关的人员提供参考,另外,初级产物固体废物属性鉴别非常复杂,建议制定详细的鉴别标准。
利用紅外光譜、氣相色譜/質譜聯用、液相色譜/質譜聯用、覈磁共振波譜、原子髮射光譜、凝膠滲透色譜、X-射線熒光光譜等多種分析方法,剖析瞭申報進口的一箇未知有機物品的組分、含量和理化指標;闡述瞭進口物品的產生來源,探討瞭其固體廢物屬性。結果錶明,樣品不屬于固體廢物。呈現瞭一箇以迴收物料為原料加工的未知有機初級產物固體廢物屬性鑒彆的全過程,為從事進口固體廢物相關的人員提供參攷,另外,初級產物固體廢物屬性鑒彆非常複雜,建議製定詳細的鑒彆標準。
이용홍외광보、기상색보/질보련용、액상색보/질보련용、핵자공진파보、원자발사광보、응효삼투색보、X-사선형광광보등다충분석방법,부석료신보진구적일개미지유궤물품적조분、함량화이화지표;천술료진구물품적산생래원,탐토료기고체폐물속성。결과표명,양품불속우고체폐물。정현료일개이회수물료위원료가공적미지유궤초급산물고체폐물속성감별적전과정,위종사진구고체폐물상관적인원제공삼고,령외,초급산물고체폐물속성감별비상복잡,건의제정상세적감별표준。
The composition, quantity, physical and chemical parameters of imported unknown organic substance have been determined by means of FTIR, GC-MS, LC-MS, NMR, AES, GPC and X-RF spectroscopy. The generation original source of sample was also analyzed. Moreover, the solid waste property of sample was identified. The results showed that the sample was not a solid waste. The identification of original substance produced with recycled materials was very difficult. Therefore, It isnecessary to development of identification criterion for original substance.
