为了揭示高温对球孢白僵菌分生孢子萌发的影响,进行不同温度下球孢白僵菌菌株分生孢子的耐热性测定。采用37、38、39、40℃温度针对不同的菌株,分别处理1、2、3、4、5 h,测定分生孢子的萌发率,研究其耐热性。结果表明:37℃高温处理时,随处理时间变化各菌株分生孢子萌发率无明显差异,处于65%~98%之间;而在38、39、40℃处理,随着处理时间的变化,各菌株分生孢子萌发率变化明显,尤以39℃和40℃更为明显,最低仅为4%。CYT5和CYT10菌株39℃和40℃处理1 h,分生孢子萌发率为86%~90%,表明该菌株分生孢子对高温具有强的耐受性。总之,高温对球孢白僵菌的分生孢子的萌发具有一定的抑制作用。

Heat-tolerance experiments were conducted among Beauveria bassiana isolates collected from Drosicha corpulenta Kuwana in Yantai City to examine the high temperature influence on the germination rates of conidia.Germination of conidia was assessed after 1,2,3,4,5 h of incubation at 37,38,39 or 40℃.The germination rates of conidia,from 65% to 98%,were not markedly influenced after isolates being exposed to 37℃ for 1,2,3,4 or 5 h.While the germination rates of conidia,ranging 4% to 90% were markedly declined with increasing exposure temperature(38,39,or 40℃) and time(1,2,3,4 or 5 h).CYT5 and CYT10 isolates displayed higher the germination rates of conidia(86%-90%) than other isolates after 1 h of incubation at 40℃.The results showed that CYT5 and CYT10 were the most-tolerant isolates.In general,the germination of conidia was restrained by high temperature.
