涂装前钢材表面的可溶盐对涂层寿命有较大的影响,近年来越来越受到建设单位和防腐工程师的重视,尤其在船舶和海洋工程建造领域,如何控制钢材表面的盐分已经成为影响行业发展的一个问题。针对以上问题开展了一系列研究,发现对铜材表面盐分影响较大的因素有钢材腐蚀状态和磨料清洁度;通过高压水冲洗、使用新型磨料等方法能够降低钢表面的盐分。
塗裝前鋼材錶麵的可溶鹽對塗層壽命有較大的影響,近年來越來越受到建設單位和防腐工程師的重視,尤其在船舶和海洋工程建造領域,如何控製鋼材錶麵的鹽分已經成為影響行業髮展的一箇問題。針對以上問題開展瞭一繫列研究,髮現對銅材錶麵鹽分影響較大的因素有鋼材腐蝕狀態和磨料清潔度;通過高壓水遲洗、使用新型磨料等方法能夠降低鋼錶麵的鹽分。

Soluble salts on the steel surface before application of coating has bigger influence to coatings life, in recent years more and more attention have been cared by the construction unit and the corrosion engineer's, especially in the ship and ocean engineering construction field, how to control the steel surface salinity has be- come a problem which affect the development of the industry. A series of research were promoted according to the above problems, it was found that steel corrosion status and abrasive cleaning influence salinity factors of the steel surface; by using the high pressure water washing and the using of new abrasive method can reduce steel surface salinity.
