    The paper has analyze the current state of the financial management in ihndamental construcuon oi nre - fighting forces as well as its main problems. Some strategies, like strict control, enhanced monitoring and completing the certificates of construction site, are put forward in order that the financial management of fundamental construc- tion can be further strengthened and the investment performances can be increased.
