总结了在专利制度国际化发展进程及趋势的基础上，分析了美国推动自身专利制度的改革以及积极引导专利制度的国际统一化和一体化进程的发展过程。进而以我国专利法的修订为引导分析我国专利制度存在的问题．以及在国际化进程中的被动改革，提出美国专利制度的发展对我国专利制度发展和引导国际化趋势的启示。

In this paper, based on the process of intemational development and trends of the patent system, the author analyzed the developmental process of the United States to promote its own patent system reform, actively guide the process of international harmonization and integration of the patent system. And then guidance the analysis of the problems of our patent system, as well as passive in the process of internationalization of the reform of Patent Law Amendment of China, the author proposed inspiration of development of patent system of United States to internationalization national patent system.
