针对某小型发动机剩余寿命问题,提出动态灰色剩余寿命预测理论,建立灰色理论的剩余寿命预测模型。案例表明,模型能较好地利用已有的状态信息预测其剩余寿命,并随着状态信息的不断累积,其预测的平均剩余寿命也越趋近于真实值。

Aimed at the problem of a small engine residual life,the dynamic grey residual life was proposed,and the remaining life pre- diction model was established. The results show that model can better use of existing state information to predict the residual life, and with the state information is accumulated ceaselessly, the prediction of the mean residual life becomes more similar to the true value.
