文章针对两栖攻击舰的作战特点,分析了影响两栖攻击舰综合效能的各级因素,建立了两栖攻击舰效能评估指标体系,采用模糊综合评判方法对两栖攻击舰综合效能进行建模,并应用该方法分析了"西北风"级两栖攻击舰的综合效能,可为我海军未来发展两栖攻击舰的论证与设计工作提供借鉴。

This paper analyzes the all-level factors affecting synthetical efficiency of the amphibian, which based on the characteristicoperation of the ship, and establishes its effect-tiveness-assessment index system. Besides,with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this study builds the model for the operational effectiveness of integrated underway amphibian, and assesses its operational effectiveness using comprehensive fuzzy comment. In the end of the paper, author analyses the compositive efficiency of the LHDM through this way. All of this can provide reference in design and argumentation for the building amphibian of PLAN in the future.
