    本文报道1例24岁男性患者，表现为双手指弥漫性红斑、水肿，表面干燥脱屑，界清，指甲增厚、变色，部分甲下有脓性渗出物2年半。病理检查结果为放射性皮炎和鳞状细胞癌。
    본문보도1례24세남성환자，표현위쌍수지미만성홍반、수종，표면간조탈설，계청，지갑증후、변색，부분갑하유농성삼출물2년반。병리검사결과위방사성피염화린상세포암。
    A 24-year-old male presented with diffusing erythema,edema and desquamation of the fingers for two and half years. The lesions have a clear boundary. The nail is thicked and in discoloration with puru-lent discharge under the nails. Histopathological examination showed radiodermatitis and squamous cell carci-noma.
