某煤矿原井巷工程锚杆支护全部使用金属锚杆,施工工艺和安全效果较好,但是在综采工作面回采中,帮部金属锚杆不能被采煤机直接截割,不仅易损坏采煤机的截齿,而且极易产生火花,威胁井下安全。对工作面两巷帮部及切眼的支护设计进行优化,采取可截割玻璃钢锚杆在该巷道进行支护试验,取得了较好的效果。

Original mine engineering anchor bolt support all used metal bolt,construction technology and safety effect is good,but in fully mechanized mining face,the help of metal bolt cannot be coal winning machine cutting directly,not only easy to damage the coal winning machine cutting tooth,and easy to produce sparks,easy to cause gas explosion, down -hole safety threat.Face two lanes on the basis of the mine through investigation to help and to optimize the supporting design of starting cut and take cutting glass reinforced plastic anchor rod in the roadway supporting experiment was carried out,after a period of time,has certain experience,improve the work efficiency.
