The rectisol is widely used in coal gas purification process, the corrosion and plugging problems more and more attention had been paid. In the paper, the reasons of corrosion and plugging were descriped, as well as the harms, the suggestions of how to reduce corrosion and plugging were given to ensure the long-period of the system running.
