中国石油广西石化公司1000万吨，年常减压装置，常压塔顶气采用液环式压缩机回收利用。2010年8月份投用运行良好，在常顶气流量波动较大的工况下运行平稳可靠。2011年11月份在运行15个月后出现压缩机出口压力降低，压缩机效率降低甚至出现压缩机无法正常工作现象。通过操作调整及更换工作液水冷却器后工作正常。2011年12月份天气变冷后，压缩机出口压力出现波动较大现象，分析处理后恢复正常。通过一’年半时间的对液环式压缩机运行工况的监控，达到优化操作、提高压缩机的运行效率，保证液环式压缩机的安全、平稳长周期运行的目的。
