目的;建立山苍子总三萜酸含量的测定方法。方法:以熊果酸标准品为对照,5%香草醛.冰醋酸和高氯酸为显色剂,紫外分光光度法测定山苍子枝和叶中总三萜酸的含量。结果:山苍子枝和叶中总三萜酸含量分别为0.082%,0.689%,加样回收率分别为100.61%,102.60%;RSD分别为2.16%,1.41%。结论:此方法简单易操作,且结果准确,可靠。

Objective: To establish the determination methods of the total Triterpenoid contents from Litsea cubeba. Methods: Took Ursolic acid as standard, contents of total Triterpenoid in Litsea cubeba stems and leaves were determined by spectrophotometer with 5 % vanillin-acetic acid and perchloric acid as colored reagent. Results: The average value of contents of total Triterpenoid in Litsea cubeba stems and leaves were 0,082 % and 0.689 %, and the average recovery of the method were 100.61% and 102.60 %. The RSD of reproducibility test were 2.16 % and 1.41% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and easy to operate, the result is accurate and reliable.
