以芦丁为标准品,建立了紫外分光光度法测定苦槛蓝黄酮含量的方法,通过单因素与正交实验研究了苦槛蓝叶中黄酮的提取工艺。结果表明,采用AlCl3显色法适合苦槛蓝黄酮含量的测定,其稳定性、精密度、回收率的相对标准偏差RSD(relativestandarddeviation)分别为0.506%、130%、4.20%。影响苦槛蓝黄酮得率的主次因素为:温度〉乙醇体积分数〉提取时间〉料液比,最佳提取工艺条件为:25倍最的60%的乙醇,在温度为90℃的条件下,提取2.0h,提取3次,苦槛蓝总黄酮平均收率为5.16%。

The content of flavonoids ofmyoporum bontioides A. Gray was determined by using ultraviolet spectrophotometry, rutin as the standard substance, and the extraction conditions of flavonoids ofmyoporum bontioides A. Gray were studied by using orthogonal test. The results showed that the AICI3 was suitable for the determination of the flavonoids content and the RSD of stability and precision was 0.506 %, 1.30 %, 4.20 %, respectively. And the factors affecting the extraction quality were in the order of the extracting temperature〉ethanol concentration〉extracting time〉ratio of solid to liquid, and the yield of flavonoids of myoporum bontioides A. Gray was up to 5.15 % at the optimal extraction conditions with 60 % of ethanol and solid to liquid ratio of 1 : 25 at the 90 ℃, which were extracted three times, 2 h per time.
