采用高负荷UASB工艺处理聚酯多元醇废水,分析了UASB有机负荷对CODCr去除率影响及其进水、出水pH的变化。研究表明,在中温(37±2℃)环境下,UASB有机负荷7kg/(m3·d)时,CODcr去除率在85%以上,运行稳定。

The experimental equipment and the process of the Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed tech-nologywere introduced to treat polyester polyol wastewater. The affection of anaerobic organic loading to CODcr removal rate and the pH variety of the influentand the effiuentwere analyzed. The results showed the CODcr removal rate of UASB remained 85 % upwards and run steadily at the temperature of 37 ℃±2℃and the organic loading of 7 kg/(m3.d).
