本工程针对电子行业高浓度氨氮废水处理和综合利用,通过对高浓度氨氮废水进行预处理除杂后,采用蒸汽再压缩技术(MVR)对高浓度的氨氮废水进蒸发浓缩,浓缩液经过结晶生产出氯化铵产品,冷凝水经离子交换法处理后达标排放。
本工程針對電子行業高濃度氨氮廢水處理和綜閤利用,通過對高濃度氨氮廢水進行預處理除雜後,採用蒸汽再壓縮技術(MVR)對高濃度的氨氮廢水進蒸髮濃縮,濃縮液經過結晶生產齣氯化銨產品,冷凝水經離子交換法處理後達標排放。

The project was mainly for the treatment and utilization of high concentration ammonia-N wastewater coming from electronic industry. The main treatment process was protreatment-evaporation and concentration by using MVR-Get the product of Ammonium chloride, and the condensed water generated from this process reached the higher treatment standard after through the ion exchange treatment.
